A warm welcome to the newest member of ORBTA: TeamTalk

The founder, Penny Smith, has worked with over 350 small businesses in the public and private sector and has now set up practice at the Aske Estate.

Team Talk supports small businesses to communicate well within their teams and to their customers, as well as low level practical HR advice that gives high level staffing support through a ‘phone a friend’ service.

Penny offers courses on good communication as well as workplace coaching and mentoring.  She has many years of experience delivering training and she also understands how to keep small businesses legal in relation to staffing.
