The annual pantomime at The Georgian Theatre Royal is a much-loved family event but equally popular is the celebrated community knitting campaign that is an essential part of the action.
This year, we are appealing for knitted or crocheted ice creams which will be used during the 57 performances of Treasure Island.

A new team of organisers has been busy with the arrangements for this year’s Christmas Fair. This much-loved event will take place in Richmond Market Place on Sunday 1st December 2024, from 10.00am-4.00pm.

Richmondshire Building Preservation Trust (RBPT), the charity which owns and operates The Station, has announced that they are working with the National Innovation Centre for Rural Enterprise (NICRE) at Newcastle University, to gather ideas from the community about the future of the Grade II listed Old Grammar School in the centre of Richmond.
