Medieval Music in the Dales is gearing up for its annual celebration of all things musical and medieval. The Festival takes place in and around Bolton Castle, and the two evening concerts (open to everyone, not just festival-goers) are in St Oswald's Church in Castle Bolton.
Saturday 9th September: Fount & Origin, The Rose Consort of Viols (supported by the Continuo Foundation), Blondel, with again music + dance from Gaita.
The concert starts at 7.30pm, and tickets are £20 (£10 for Friends of MMitD and for under 18s).
NB - you don't need to book a Festival Pass to attend an evening concert, and it's a great way to get a taste of the amazing music on offer at the Festival.
