Christmas Fair - Trader Expression of Interest

If you are a Trader and have completed an Expression of Interest form, thank you for your interest, we will be reviewing the numerous application and will respond to you soon.

How to Book

  • Complete the Expression of Interest Form in the section below and we will review and confirm if your application is succesful in due course
  • Payment for all bookings will be required once your application has been approved
  • A copy of your most up-to-date PL Insurance will be required if your application is approved
  • Any trader using gas or electrical equipment must state this on booking form and will need to provide a copy of the latest and most up to date gas safety and PAT Testing report on request
  • Closing date for applications is 27th August 2024
  • All applicants will be informed by end of September 2024

Cost

For Non-Food and Confectionery-type foods

  • 3m x 3m pitch @ £60.00
  • 6m x 3m pitch @ £120.00

Food to take away

  • Catering Stall (e.g. Coffee / Tea) @ £100.00
  • Street Food @ £250.00

Payment

On succesul approval of an application, an invoice will be sent for the relevant charges. Payment must be made in full by the end of October 2024.

Carefully read the event terms and conditions

  • Approximately 2 weeks before the event all traders will receive a final set of details by email
  • Organisers reserve the right to place traders where most appropriate for the event
  • Pitch sizes will be the exact size allocated
  • Gazebos must be commercial grade with appropriate weights
  • All traders must adhere to vehicle movement restrictions on the day. All vehicels must be removed from the Market Place once unloaded
  • No parking will be permitted behind or near any stalls
  • CANCELLATION by trader must be in writing and emailed to info@originalrichmond.co.uk
    1. Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the event: we will refund half your fee
    2. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event: no refund will be issued
  • CANCELLATION by the organisers
    1. ORBTA reserves the right to cancel the event or any part of the event. A full refund will be issued to any stallholders who are unable to trade due to cancellation by the organisers
    2. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by the trader
    3. Any decision to cancel by the organisers will be taken in line with health and safety guidelines
    4. Any decision to cancel will be left as late as possible (most likely the morning of the event) but we will endeavour to communicate any RISK of cancellation in advance based on weather forecasts, etc.

All traders are required to trade until the end of the event and under no circumstances begin any early dismantle / pack down unless otherwise instructed by event stewards.

Please ensure you leave your pitch clean and tidy and remove all waste and rubbish when you leave.
